SCHNADER HARRISON SEGAL & LEWIS (Philadelphia): David Smith has been elected chairman of the firm, succeeding Ralph Wellington, who will return to his litigation practice. Smith served as chief executive officer of the firm for eight years prior to his promotion and focuses his practice on complex litigation.

ANDERSON KILL & OLICK (New York): Lawrence Kill rejoins the firm as chairman of the firm’s corporate commercial litigation practice. Kill will focus on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on antitrust counseling and litigation, treble-damage class actions, trademark litigation and corporate person-of-interest criminal investigations. Previously, Kill was a partner at Reed Smith.
