SAN FRANCISCO — Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom is shuttering its 26-lawyer San Francisco office, a partner, who wished to remain anonymous, confirmed this afternoon.
The office, led by Palo Alto corporate partner Kenton King, lists six partners (including King, and litigator Richard Marmaro, who spends much of his time in Los Angeles), three counsel and 17 associates on its website. All are litigators.
