Hunton & Williams has announced the expansion of its energy and project finance practice with the addition of Gregory F. Lang and Michael J. Madden as partners. The two have a diversified transactional practice focused on project finance, private equity M&A, project development and leasing. They were partners at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge.
Robert Ansehl has joined Clyde & Co. as a partner to lead the new corporate insurance practice. He was a partner at Nixon Peabody. Susan Lee joins him as senior counsel.
