JENNER & BLOCK (Chicago): Wesley Freder­icks Jr. joins the firm as chairman of the corporate practice in the New York office and will focus on representing corporate entities in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, and in finance, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Previously, Fredericks was a partner at Goodwin Procter.
