Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin has promoted Amy Bomse and Jeremy Kamras to partner, effective Tuesday. Bomse, a member of the attorney liability practice group, received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2001. Kamras, a member of the securities and financial services litigation practice groups, graduated from Harvard Law School in 2001.
Foley & Lardner has elected 19 attorneys to the partnership, including Laura Chapman and Lars Johansson in the San Francisco office and Shawn McDonald in the San Diego/Del Mar office. Chapman, who focuses on intellectual property, received her J.D. from University of Southern California Law School in 1993. Johansson, who focuses on business law, is a 1998 graduate of UC-Davis School of Law. McDonald, who focuses on intellectual property, graduated from University of Virginia School of Law in 1999.
