SAN FRANCISCO — Goodwin Procter real estate partner Tuan Pham has moved his practice to Nixon Peabody. The affordable housing and public finance attorney joined on March 10.
The move reunites him with a former long-time colleague. Last September, Nixon picked up affordable housing partner Gary Downs from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Downs and Pham overlapped at Pillsbury for about nine years before Pham decamped for Goodwin in May 2006. “Gary played a role in recruiting me,” Pham said. “I started working with him when I got out of law school.”
