• Michael L. Weiner has joined Dechert as partner and co-chair of the antitrust/competition practice group. Mr. Weiner, who was a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom with experience in the telecommunications and technology industries, recently represented Yahoo! Inc. in its joint venture with Microsoft Inc. and its proposed distribution relationship with Google, as well as two regional wireless telecom providers in their separate acquisitions by AT&T Inc. and Verizon Wireless.
• Duane Morris has added commercial litigator Andrew Thomas Hahn as a partner in the trial practice group. He was with Seyfarth Shaw.
