SAN FRANCISCO — The Proposition 8 proponents have taken a swing at the judge who ruled against them.
Former U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker, who rendered California’s voter-approved ban on gay marriage unconstitutional after a bench trial last summer, showed a recorded snippet of the trial to a crowd during a speaking engagement. The initiative’s supporters aren’t happy about that.
