Daniel Luciano, a retired justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department, died Monday at his home in Oakdale, Long Island, after a long battle with cancer. He was 80.
A 1954 graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Luciano was drafted into the U.S. Army shortly after graduation and served as a military attorney in Germany.
