White & Case last week picked up support from a variety of legal and business groups in the firm’s effort to convince the U.S. Supreme Court to take up a grand jury subpoena dispute.

Shipman & Goodwin’s Ross Garber is representing the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Atlantic Legal Foundation filed a brief for the National Association of Manufacturers. Also supporting White & Case: the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, DRI — The Voice of the Defense Bar and the American Bar Association.
