Attorney David J. Stern may be out of the foreclosure business, but he is still dogged by foreclosure-related problems.
U.S. District Judge Ursula Ungaro ruled that former employees of DJSP Enterprises, a foreclosure processing company led by Stern, can go after him personally as well as the company for allegedly violating labor laws.
