Silicon Valley stalwart Cooley is preparing to go global. The firm announced Thursday that it’s filed an application with the Ministry of Justice of the People’s Republic of China asking for approval to open a representative office in Shanghai.
Cooley plans to open the office sometime early next year if and when the application is approved, CEO Joseph Conroy said.
