The head of Hogan Lovells‘ intellectual-property practice in China, Horace Lam, has left the firm to join Jones Day in Beijing. Both firms are prominent in China’s market for international IP counsel.
Lam, who was also the firm’s Beijing managing partner, practices in all areas of contentious and non-contentious IP, with a particular emphasis on consumer electronics and telecommunications.
