Donald Romano, 57, has joined Foley & Lardner’s Washington office as of counsel to the health care industry team. He focuses his practice on compliance, reimbursement and litigation issues involving federal regulatory authorities. Previously, Romano was a partner at Arent Fox. He earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Christopher Bellini, 49, has joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson’s Washington office as a corporate partner in the financial services practice. He advises banks and other regulated financial institutions on the regulatory aspects of transactions, government investigations and other matters. Previously, Bellini was a partner and co-chairman of the financial institutions group at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
