SNR Denton has recruited four Seyfarth Shaw attorneys to join its litigation and arbitration practice. Brian S. Cousin, Neil A. Capobianco and Jonathan Evan Goldberg join SNR Denton’s 180-attorney New York office as partners, while José M. Jara joins as managing director. The additions brings the number of SNR Denton attorneys handling employment litigation matters to 55 nationwide.
Mr. Cousin’s practice focuses on employment litigation and counseling, and ERISA and employee benefits litigation. He will help lead SNR Denton’s global employment team and the firm’s ERISA and benefits litigation group. Mr. Capobianco’s practice centers on ERISA and wage-and-hour class action litigation, while Mr. Goldberg has represented corporations and individuals in trade secrets litigation, advancement and indemnification proceedings and defamation and antitrust litigation and arbitration. Mr. Jara has experience providing guidance on all aspects of ERISA, including U.S. Department of Labor breach of fiduciary duty investigations and lawsuits and ERISA class action litigation.
