A Hong Kong court has issued an arrest warrant for mainland Chinese lawyer Pan Caihong, after she failed to appear in court to face nine counts of insider trading.
Pan was due to appear in the magistrates’ court of Hong Kong’s Eastern District Thursday to face charges brought by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), Hong Kong’s financial regulator.
