A New York City law requiring pregnancy services centers to disclose whether they do not make referrals for or perform abortions or provide birth control was blocked yesterday by a federal judge.

Southern District Judge William H. Pauley granted a preliminary injunction against Local Law 17 §20-815 on the grounds that it infringes on free speech rights under the First Amendment.
