Nonequity partners at the U.K. arm of trans-Atlantic firm SNR Denton will soon be making capital payments for the first time, reports Legal Week.

The 75 salaried partners from legacy firm Denton Wilde Sapte, which merged with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal last September, each will contribute between £10,000 ($16,000) and £20,000 ($32,000) in return for a small stake in the business.
