Partners at London-based Clyde & Co and Barlow Lyde & Gilbert have approved their planned combination in the largest-ever U.K. law firm merger, the firms announced Friday.
The deal is expected to officially take effect in November, creating a 280-partner insurance-focused firm with annual revenue of around $490 million.
