Squire Sanders & Dempsey’s partnership has approved plans to acquire the majority of Minter Ellison’s Perth office.
The partnership voted in favor of the deal on Tuesday, with the acquisition set to give the trans-Atlantic firm around 80 lawyers in Australia — including 14 partners.
