The bad blood between local attorney and conservative activist Larry Klayman and U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly spilled onto the public record again this month.

Klayman, who founded Judicial Watch Inc., is suing the group for allegedly refusing to honor his severance package. Kollar-Kotelly has previously chastised Klayman for delaying proceedings and disobeying court orders, while Klayman has unsuccessfully lodged a judicial misconduct complaint against Kollar-Kotelly.
