A part-time municipal judge who moonlights as a comedian is headed to the state Supreme Court to challenge a pair of advisory opinions disapproving of his extracurricular activities.

The Advisory Committee on Extrajudicial Activities found Vincenzo Sicari’s role as a judge incompatible with his side job as a stand-up comic and his recurring appearances on ABC television’s “What Would You Do?”
