Jerry Sandusky will hear from at least one of his alleged victims at his preliminary hearing, according to a lawyer for one of the people mentioned in a grand jury report in the case.
Harrisburg attorney Ben Andreozzi and Philadelphia attorney Jeffrey P. Fritz say they represent one of the alleged victims mentioned in the grand jury presentment, handed up earlier this month. The attorneys could not specify which of the eight victims they are representing, but told The Legal they are talking with others.
