The 4th District Court of Appeal on Wednesday struck down a subpoena from the attorney general’s office for foreclosure records from the Law Offices of David J. Stern, once the biggest foreclosure law firm in Florida.
The decision was the second time the court stopped the attorney general from pursuing records from a foreclosure law firm that once represented lenders and servicers in the foreclosure crisis.
