Berwin Leighton Paisner has hired a corporate partner in Singapore from rival U.K. firm Watson, Farley & Williams.

Ken Cheung was the head of Watson Farley’s Asia corporate practice, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. His practice mainly focuses on the transport, energy and media sectors, and he has particular expertise in advising on renewable energy deals in Indonesia and Malaysia.
