Beijing-based Zhong Lun Law Firm has recruited two new corporate partners, one each in Shanghai and Beijing.
Zhang Mingjie is joining Zhong Lun’s Shanghai office from local firm Boss & Young, where he was a senior partner. He focuses on foreign investment on behalf of European clients that have included Michelin Group and Carrefour S.A. A partner at Boss & Young since 1999, Zhang previously worked for French law firm Thieffry & Associes in both Paris and Shanghai.
