Holland & Knight has bolstered its West Coast offices with the addition of four attorneys, two in wealth management services, one in structured finance and one litigator. Wealth partner Stacie Nelson and structured finance senior counsel David Biesemeyer joined in San Francisco from Reed Smith. Securities litigator Cameron Stout has joined in San Francisco as partner from Keesal, Young & Logan, where he had been for nearly 24 years, and wealth services of counsel Arnold Kahn moved over from Greenberg & Glusker in Los Angeles.
With the hires, Holland & Knight’s San Francisco office has 36 attorneys and Los Angeles has about 42.
