Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft has recruited a three-partner capital markets team from the Hong Kong office of Jones Day.
The addition of Jeffrey Maddox, Jones Day’s Asia capital markets practice head, and partners Joseph Lee and David Neuville fulfills a longstanding ambition on the part of New York-based Cadwalader to acquire a leading Hong Kong practice. In an interview Sunday, Asia practice head Rocky Lee said the firm was especially pleased to have recruited a team that has worked well together previously.
