Rajat Gupta never made a dime from allegedly feeding Galleon Group hedge fund leader Raj Rajaratnam inside information he learned in his positions as a board member at Goldman Sachs and Procter & Gamble, his lawyer told a Southern District jury yesterday.
But Assistant U.S. Attorney Reed Brodsky promised the jury it would hear the evidence needed to convict.
