The legal malpractice claim brought by a prominent developer against Duane Morris for allegedly creating a trust that exposed the developer to Bernie Madoff feeder funds has quietly settled.
According to the docket in Keating v. Duane Morris in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, the parties discontinued the suit with prejudice as of May 15 after they reached a “mutually agreed upon settlement agreement.”
