SAN FRANCISCO Lawyers for Apple and Samsung can agree on one thing: U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh is not letting them keep enough confidential information under seal.
Late Monday, Samsung Electronics’ lawyers at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit to block an order that it says would make public various documents “containing Samsung’s most sensitive, confidential, and proprietary profit, loss and cost information,” according to the brief filed Tuesday by partner Victoria Maroulis.
