SAN FRANCISCO — Data scraper 3Taps Inc. has signaled that it’s ready for a drawn-out legal battle with Craigslist Inc. and is now accusing the world’s largest listings website of anti-competitive tactics.

Craigslist sued 3Taps and PadMapper Inc. in the Northern District in July in Craigslist v. 3Taps, Padmapper, 12-03816, accusing the companies of trademark and copyright infringement.
