One of the Capital Region’s most prominent criminal defense attorneys, Terence Kindlon of Albany, yesterday was censured for examining and photographing without seeking or obtaining permission a document a prosecutor had left on a table during a trial break.

The Appellate Division, Third Department, said Kindlon “engaged in undignified and/or discourteous conduct that adversely reflects on his fitness as a lawyer.”
