Squire Sanders is opening a Sydney office with a partner recruited from Allens.
Campbell Davidson is a corporate lawyer who focuses on acquisitions, disposals and joint venture deals. He had been with Allens for more than 20 years, including a four-year stint in the Australian firm’s Shanghai office, where he led the China corporate practice until last year. Prior to joining Allens as associate in 1992, Davidson worked in the London and Singapore offices of Linklaters.
