The Florida Bar has found probable cause to pursue disciplinary action against South Florida foreclosure lawyer David J. Stern on 17 complaints.
Stern’s Plantation firm, the Law Offices of David J. Stern, is winding down operations after being fired by major lenders and sued by various parties in 2011. Stern is no longer practicing law but still holds a Florida Bar license.
