Singapore’s Stamford Law Corp. has hired a new director for its corporate practice.

Lo Kim Seng joins Stamford from Duane Morris & Selvam, the joint law venture between Philadelphia’s Duane Morris and Singapore’s Selvam, where he was also a director. He focuses on mergers and acquisition and capital markets deals. Last year, he was part of a Duane Morris & Selvam team that advised Heineken N.V. on its $4.6 billion acquisition of Asia Pacific Breweries Ltd., the maker of Singapore’s Tiger Beer.
