Ed Sheremeta was previously the Hong Kong-based head of the Asia real estate group for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. His practice includes nonrecourse financings, private equity investments, restructurings, joint ventures, and a variety of other real estate-related matters.
