Paris-based Gide Loyrette Nouel has hired a new partner for its Shanghai office.
Paul-Emmanuel Benachi is joining Gide from another French law firm, Lefevre Pelletier & associes, where he was head of the Shanghai office. Benachi primarily advises foreign companies on their China investments and acquisitions. He also counsels them on Chinese real estate and labor law issues.
