One-time DLA Piper Singapore managing partner Martin David has left the firm to join the local office of Ince & Co as head of the firm’s Asia energy practice.
David specializes in advising lenders and sponsors on project finance transactions, especially those related to the energy and construction sectors. He also advises corporations and financial institutions on a range of other deals, including mergers and acquisitions, in the region.
