Singapore’s Stamford Law Corp. has hired a new director for its corporate practice.
Daniel Yong, the former head of the Singapore investment funds and asset management practice for Norton Rose, will lead a similar practice for Stamford. He focuses on Asia mergers and acquisitions and fund formation for both local and overseas investment groups.
