Stephenson Harwood’s associated Singapore firm, Virtus Law, has hired a new partner from Duane Morris & Selvam.
Colin Jarraw, who was a director at Duane Morris & Selvam, will develop an offshore finance and shipping practice at Virtus. He specializes in advising banks and shipowners on noncontentious shipping matters including the financing and leasing of ships. He also acts for charter parties on shipbuilding contracts and mortgage registrations.
