As LegalTech West Coast prepared to open its doors Tuesday morning at the Westin Bonaventure hotel in Los Angeles, the International Legal Technology Association has launched the "ILTA Legal Technology Future Horizons Transformational Forces Project."
The project’s core component will be a global research study conducted in partnership with Fast Future Research Ltd., which will explore the "potential impact of new and emerging technologies for law firms and the resulting strategic priorities over the next 10-15 years," said ILTA’s executive director Randi Mayes, via a Monday press release. "Key study findings and recommendations will be delivered through several interim updates, with the final report, an executive briefing and a keynote speech scheduled for ILTA’s Insight 2013 conference in London on November 14, 2013."
