Cambodian law firm Sciaroni & Associates has opened an office in Laos.
The new office in the Laotian capital of Vientiane will be led by Daniel Noonan, who is relocating from Sciaroni’s Phnom Penh main office. Before joining Sciaroni five years ago, Noonan was a lawyer in Vietnam with Baker & McKenzie.
