Atlanta-based Freeman Mathis & Gary has snapped up a litigation boutique to break into the California marketplace.
Seven lawyers from Strazulo Fitzgerald, which has offices in San Francisco and Hermosa Beach, Calif., joined Freeman Mathis on Saturday. Having grown considerably in Atlanta, roughly 50-lawyer Freeman Mathis set its sights on expanding out of state to better meet the needs of its national clients, managing partner Benton Mathis said.
