Extending a merger trend sweeping the legal industry, 31-lawyer Siegfried, Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre & Sobel in Coral Gables, Fla., and 10-lawyer Hyman & Mars in Miami will combine July 1 to create a new firm.
Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars & Sobel will be based in Coral Gables, and Hyman's Miami office will close.
