Intuit Inc. has agreed to settle an antitrust lawsuit accusing the company and other Silicon Valley tech firms of conspiring not to poach each other's high-value employees.
The settlement was disclosed Tuesday in a letter to the court from plaintiffs' lawyers Joseph Saveri of the Joseph Saveri Law Firm and Kelly Dermody of Lieff Cabraser Heimann Bernstein, who represent the would-be class of employees. The financial details of the settlement were not released.
