Vinson & Elkins will relocate two of its China partners to Europe, a move that comes two and a half months after the Houston-based firm announced it would close its Shanghai office.

Beijing partners Paul Deemer and Rob Patterson will transfer to London and Moscow, respectively, offices where each has practiced before. Vinson & Elkins did not say when the moves would take place, only that they were expected to happen soon.
