Nicholas Spaeth, the former attorney general of North Dakota, is dropping his appeal of a trial judge’s order dismissing his age discrimination lawsuit against Georgetown University Law Center.
Spaeth accused Georgetown of rejecting his application and refusing to grant him an interview for a tenure-track teaching job because he was too old, in violation of federal law.
