Former U.S. Department of State contractor Stephen Jin-Woo Kim pleaded guilty today to leaking confidential information to the press about North Korea.

After years of wrangling among lawyers over what government records and information Kim’s lawyers would have access to, federal prosecutors in Washington announced today that Kim agreed to plead guilty to a single count of making an unauthorized disclosure of national defense information.
