A New Jersey lawyer who in a fit of road rage chased another motorist while waving a knife has been censured, but the absence of a physical altercation helped him avoid license suspension.
The state Supreme Court handed the rebuke to Martin Milita Jr. for menacing the other vehicle, tailing it for several miles and then lying to police about the incident.
